Jonathan Bloomberg, M.D.
Psychiatrist

Dr. Bloomberg is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Amherst College. He completed a General Psychiatry Residency and a Child and Adolescent Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Bloomberg is double-board certified in Adult and Child Psychiatry and currently runs the Bloomberg Institute in Chicago, IL.

Dr. Bloomberg is a frequent spokesman for child mental health issues and has appeared on Good Morning America, Dateline NBS, and CNN. He has been a guest on numerous national radio broadcasts including NPR and CBS Radio Network. He is also a regular commentator on child- related topics in newspapers and magazines such as The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Parents, Red Book, and Ladies Home Journal.

Dr. Bloomberg has also served as a consultant to Nintendo Corporation, Hasbro Toys, Time/Life Video, and the Harvard Medical School Center for Mental Health and the Media.

Dr. Bloomberg recently produced an educational DVD in collaboration with Dr. Thomas Phelan regarding medications for Attention Deficit Disorder.

Dr. Bloomberg is available to do Independent Psychiatric Evaluations and Independent Psychiatric File Review for both workers' compensation and personal injury litigation.
