Raymond, M.D.
Arthritis and Internal Medicine
Dr. Raymond graduated from Bradley University in 1975 with a B.S. in Biology.
He then attended Podiatry School at the Illinois College of Podiatric
Medicine where he graduated with a D.P.M. in 1979. In 1980, he attended
Medical School at Universidad Autonomo De Ciudad in Juarez, Mexico, where
he graduated with an M.D. in 1982.
Dr. Raymond did his residency
at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, IL from 1982 through 1985.
From 1989 through 1993, Dr.
Raymond worked as the Medical Director for Vitas Hospice in Chicago. From
1993 through 1998, he then served as Medical Director for Hospice of the
Great Lakes.
Currently, Dr. Raymond is affiliated
with the Arthritis & Internal Medicine Specialist, Ltd. in Skokie,
and Chicago, IL.
In addition, since 1994, Dr.
Raymond has been affiliated with the Rush North Shore Medical Center in
Skokie, IL where he serves as the Medical Director for Process Improvement
Committee and as an Associate Chief of Medicine.
Dr. Raymond is licensed to
practice medicine in Illinois and is a member of the American Medical
Association, the Illinois Medical Society, and the Academy of Hospice
and Palliative Care Physicians.
Dr. Raymond is also board certified
by the National Board of Medical Examiners - Part 1 (1979), E.C.F.M.G,
(1981) the Federation of Licensing Examination (1982), the American Board
of Internal Medicine (1985), the American Board of Quality Assurance and
Utilization Review (1981), and by the American Board of Hospice and Palliative
Medicine (1996).
Dr. Raymond is an experienced
worker's compensation examiner and is available to do Independent Medical
examinations at his office at Arthritis and Internal Medicine Specialist,
Ltd. in Skokie, IL.
